Responsibilities
Monitorizar e gerir redes empresariais (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi);
Diagnosticar e resolver incidentes de rede de nível 1;
Suportar e configurar equipamentos de rede (switches, routers, firewalls e colaboração);
Garantir a segurança e conformidade das infraestruturas de rede;
Criar e manter documentação técnica atualizada;
Colaborar com equipas internas para escalonamento e resolução de incidentes críticos.
Habilitações literárias ao nível do 12º ano de escolaridade;
Experiência com switches, routers e firewalls de fabricantes como Cisco, Fortinet, Alcatel, HPE, etc.;
Experiência com ferramentas de monitorização de redes (Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios, etc.)
Conhecimentos básicos/intermédios de redes (CCNA ou equivalente é um plus);
Conhecimentos com protocolos de rede (TCP/IP, VLANs, IPSec, MPLS, entre outros);
Fluência em Inglês (valorizável);
Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e resiliência.
