Responsibilities
Administrar e monitorizar sistemas Windows e Linux em ambientes empresariais;
Diagnosticar e resolver incidentes e problemas complexos de nível 2;
Garantir a segurança e conformidade dos sistemas operativos e aplicações;
Implementar melhorias e otimizações nas infraestruturas dos clientes;
Trabalhar em colaboração com equipas internas e externas para garantir a melhor experiência ao cliente
Criar e manter documentação técnica atualizada.
Habilitações literárias ao nível do 12º ano de escolaridade;
Experiência mínima de 3 anos como administrador de sistemas;
Experiência com Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL, etc.);
Experiência em monitorização de sistemas (Zabbix, Nagios, etc.);
Experiência em Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, IIS, etc.);
Experiência com Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python);
Conhecimentos de virtualização (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, etc);
Conhecimentos em Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud, etc);
Conhecimentos de segurança informática e boas práticas de administração de sistemas;
Fluência em Inglês (valorizável);
Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e resiliência.
